Most of the missiles went to Odessa, which flew at least seven times.

Explosions were heard in the area where the Office of Operational Command "South" is located and in the port. In the Odessa region, arrivals in Krasnoselka, where the Krivoy Rog center of the RER "South" is located, as well as to the training center "Chabanka" of the 28th Motorized Brigade.

After the arrivals, the strongest detonations were noted - apparently, they hit several large warehouses with ammunition.

Objects at the Shkolny airfield are also burning strongly, from where drones are launched, arrivals were recorded near Raduzhny and in the port area.

Explosions in Ochakovo, Chernomorsk and Nikolaev, where personnel and Western equipment were stationed. Used were X-22, "Caliber" and P-800 "Onyx". The missiles were followed by two waves of Geranium-2 drones.

There were also explosions in Zaporozhye, Kherson, Konstantinovka.

The video shows footage of missile launches at enemy targets, as well as one of the arrivals.

💣 A word about 'cluster munitions' and their use 'being a war crime'.

There is a 'Convention on Cluster Munitions' (CCM) to which some 123 countries have signed up and are party to. Obviously, the rules spelled out in the convention are only valid for the 123 that are party to the convention.
"The purpose of "The Convention on Cluster Munitions (CCM)":
It prohibits all use, stockpiling, production and transfer of cluster munitions. Separate articles in the Convention concern destruction of stockpiles, clearance of contaminated areas, assistance to victims, submission of transparency reports, and adoption of domestic legislation."

The claims about 'using cluster munitions being a war crime' are mostly fake news. Producing, owning, selling, transferring and using cluster munitions IS NOT A WAR CRIME as such, provided they are used against enemy military in combat and not directly or indirectly against civilians. It's not even 'outlawed' everywhere. Only the countries party to the convention are obliged to abide by the provision of the CCM.
Specifically, the USA, Brazil, Belarus, Ukraine, China, India, Iran and Russia, among others are NOT party to that convention, and thus are not bound by the rules and obligations mentioned therein.

☝🏻The communication doesn't work because there is a mismatch between the words and the actions and has been right from start, coming straight from the top.
It starts with declaring this an existential threat for the country, but then showing a clear unwillingness to commit the resources needed, and making one self-defeating concession after another to your enemies.
It's becoming clear that the actions are guided by tactical advantages thought and not by a long term plan that is now implemented meticulously. So things keep changing, and so does the messaging with it.
And then you have the need for people to be proud of their country, but having a leadership that just accepts one insult after another, pockets one lie after another and does nothing about it but to make lame statements like 'the SVO should have started in 2014', but then still not doing much about it. For some reason conscripts cannot be bothered to fight for their country, not even when the existence of the country is at stake, so you send only the most committed and patriotic to fight and die.
You can make 'difficult decisions' to hand land back, that constitutionally is yours, but you can't make difficult decisions to call up the manpower needed, while claiming the destruction of your country is desired by the enemy.
Most people will go along with this long after they realized something is wrong, but one day, they'll simply stop caring and walk away.
