Description: Our company is looking to hire an energetic FEMALE administrative assistant to join our staff. She will be responsible for handling all office and clerical tasks such as answering and directing phone calls, organizing files and keeping the office clean and stocked, assisting the Administrative manager with daily tasks, ensuring office forms and reports are properly filled and submitted on schedule, welcoming guests, sending emails and letters, and more.

Requirements:

1.) A bachelor’s degree in accounting from a well known institution.

2.) A MINIMUM of one year experience working ONLY in the accounting field is necessary. You must know how to organize incoming and outgoing receipts, make payroll and organize VAT records. You will also be in charge of handling pity cash. Additional experience in office assistance is advantageous.

3.) Must have EXCELLENT basic computer skills. Must know how to type fast both in English and Amharic. Must be very familiar with sending emails and letters.

4.) Must be well organized and detail oriented.

5.) Must speak English fluently with no limitations.

6.) Must know how to handle clients well when answering phone calls. Must be a loud, confident and friendly speaker and have patience when assisting clients who call.

7.) PUNCTUALITY is an absolute must. You are the one responsible for opening the office before everyone arrives. You MUST live near to Sahlite Mihret church around gurdshola (if you don’t live close, please do not apply).

8.) Needs to work well in teams and under supervision. And must be a fast learner.

9.) Females ONLY.

Salary- 4,500 (net) during initial probation period of three months then 5,500 once you are a permanent member of our staff.
