i'm taking the stand today to take responsibility for my actions on J6 — to explain how these men over here should not be held responsible for my actions. I never even knew these gentleman until J6.

I got caught up in all the craziness. I trespassed at first breach, second breach, maybe third — basically all breaches.
I did grab a riot shield because I feared for my life. I grabbed onto it, pulled onto it. Everything happened in split second.
I saw blood on ground — tried to explain to cops it's not legal to shoot people in the face.
Bullets started coming down.
I fell down.
Someone grabbed it from a police officer and I grabbed it from them. I was angry, upset. I’d seen mothers grabbing their children to get them out of way to get…seen elderly with heads split open.
I was angry and upset. I made way up to the upper west terrace....
I broke one pane. One. The other pane had a 2x4 thrown through it already. I broke that one out, then I entered the building and followed the crowd.
I made a video and stayed in the building 23 minutes.
I gave the shield back to police.

4/6/21 —FBI Special Agent says #J6 misdemeanor charges are a waste of resources. I was taken to a federal immigration facility shortly after this video was recorded at 8:46 AM. I will be surrendering to the Greene County Jail tomorrow morning to serve a seven day sentence. The DOJ destroyed my life because I committed thought crimes.
