Telegram beta got blurred chat header effects and a passcode page redesign
If you tap and hold on to the chat header, you will get blur settings allowing you to customise Saturation, Alpha and Blur radius parameters. Apart from that, the passcode screen got a new animated icon and some minor UX changes.

Telegram Android beta got new options for quick share and a way to navigate back to recent channels
The latest Telegram beta version 8.5.0 comes with a bunch of minor improvements. For example, now, after opening a link to navigate to a channel, you can long-press on the back button. It will show a context menu with a list of your recent chats and channels you can navigate back to.
Nice concept by "Cod Durova" and I wish it to become a reality. But yet it is still just a concept vid 🤫
